Eric Dorninger completed his doctor of naturopathic medicine and his master’s degree in acupuncture at Bastyr University in 2003.

Dr. Eric Dorninger graduated pre-med from University of Colorado, Boulder in 1997. Highlights during undergrad included volunteering for Porter Care Hospice, shadowing renowned herbalist Brigette Mars, and earning his EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certificate. This dual exposure of medical perspectives laid down the roots for Dr. Dorninger’s integrated approach to diagnosis, treatment, and healing.

Dr. Dorninger is a certified Shoemaker practitioner and remains true to the Shoemaker protocol. The most difficult step in restoring quality of life in the chronically ill is finding the true, reproducible, lab- and imaging documented underlying causes.

Farah Hillou is a Registered Dietitian in the US and Canada, and a licensed nutritionist in the UAE. She holds a Master’s degree in community nutrition from Canada and is currently completing an executive MBA in Health at the Global Business School for Health - UCL. Farah has more than 15 years of experience in various health-related fields including clinical nutrition, precision health, corporate wellness, research, academia, and community health promotion. She currently leads consumer genomics offerings at M42, Abu Dhabi. Farah has presented at several national scientific conferences on obesity, diabetes, precision nutrition, nutrigenomics, and gut microbiome. Moreover, she regularly conducts educational and awareness workshops relevant to health and wellbeing for healthcare professionals, private and governmental entities, as well as the community.

Charlotte has been in practice since 2010, and specialises in the metabolic implications of menopause, particularly in premature, surgical, and complex cases. After personally experiencing surgical menopause, she founded a Menopause Nutrition business to empower women with food-based solutions.

Charlotte leads a team of dedicated nutritional therapists in her busy practice, engaging with clients in group settings and one-on-one consultations. She also created the Hormone Connection Membership in 2021 and the DUTCH Test Learning Lounge in 2024, which are online practitioner training and mentoring spaces. Charlotte’s flagship programme is The Menopause Midsection Makeover®️, a weight loss programme for women over 40.

Charlotte has worked for many diagnostic testing companies and now manages KBMO Diagnostics UK. She consults for Issviva Menopause and other corporate companies in the menopause space and lectures on female health for The Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

Christine Bailey is an award winning Registered Performance Nutritionist and Author with over 25 years of experience in the health, corporate and fitness industry. With additional training by the Institute of Functional Medicine Christine is an experienced Functional Nutrition Practitioner working in both the public and corporate sector. Christine has experience working with a wide range of national and international companies and providing one to one clinical support. She also delivers lectures and provides practitioner support for Body Bio and Nutri Link Ltd. She is author of over 14 nutrition and recipe books including the Five Weeks to Gut Health and her latest book The Personalized Nutrition Guide to Menopause. She is a journalist for several health and fitness magazines

Louise is a Nutritional Medicine BSc graduate of the University of West London. She holds memberships with the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA), the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), National Association of Phlebotomists (NAP) and the British Society of Ecological Medicine (BSEM). Louise is a Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) Registrant and is also an Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine. Louise previously held posts as Director and inaugural Head of Communications at The British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), and was also Chair of the BANT Regulatory Committee. Louise has authored articles and chapters for various publications.

Louise runs a private practice in Lincoln where she specialises in Nutrition whilst utilising the Functional Medicine framework in which she has undertaken several years of post-graduate study including certification with the IFM. Louise was the first Shoemaker Certified practitioner in Europe and continues to be the only Certified Nutrition Professional. This study has led to Louise being a leading expert on inflammatory effects of biotoxin exposures; such as toxic compounds in water-damaged environments and their multi-system effects on human health. Out of this has come a passion project on histamine and its relationship with the immune system.

Louise is Director of Colab Services Ltd, a facilitation service for advanced laboratory testing for the healthcare practitioner community. Once Europe-wide this service is now global.

Emma researches, writes and lectures prolifically about nutrigenomics and is known for her knowledge and ability to present complex science in an accessible and clinically relevant way. She is a cofounder of Lifecode Gx the specialist nutrigenomics testing + training company for health professionals. Whilst metabolic health and integrative oncology is applicable to every aspect of health, Emma has particular interests in mental health, women’s health, and optimal ageing/ longevity.
